A poll prepared by CNN showed that former Vice President Joe Biden outperformed current President Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election.
The poll numbers indicate that "he received 51 percent of the votes of registered voters in the United States, compared to 41 percent for Trump," which represents a major shift in the size of support for Biden, who was 48 percent, compared to 43 percent for Trump in the survey last April.
On Friday, Biden announced his victory for the Democratic nomination for the US presidential elections, scheduled for November 3.
Biden exceeded the threshold of the 1991 delegate, which allows him to ensure his name from his party, at a time when counting the votes of several democratic primaries held Tuesday.
